Introduction and Consent

By using the jlll website and all its services ("Platform"), you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This document is a legal agreement between jlll and the user ("you" or "member").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. jlll reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration and Personal Information

Creating an account is required to enjoy the full services of the jlll platform. By registering, you agree to ensure the following:

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Age Verification and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to use the jlll platform. Participation is permitted only for those aged 21 and above.

• jlll may request a national ID card or other documents for age verification at any stage of registration.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.
• jlll reserves the right to take legal action if bets are placed or accounts are operated on behalf of minors.
• The user must be legally entitled to participate in online gaming under the laws of their own country.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on jlll are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• After depositing, funds are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party payment methods or anonymous transactions are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

jlll complies with anti-money laundering policies. Any suspicious transaction may be subject to investigation and the account may be temporarily suspended if necessary.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jlll offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

• The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions.
• jlll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If promotional abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games operated on the jlll platform — slots, fishing, cricket betting, tennis betting, and live casino — are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jlll does not interfere with the outcome of any game.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or market. These limits will be displayed in the interface of each game.

6.3 Technical Issues

jlll accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical errors or disconnections. Please contact our support team in such cases.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlll platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Collusion with other members (cooperative play for unfair advantage).
• Unauthorized access to the platform's servers or network.
• Harassment or offensive behavior toward other members.
• Abuse of the bonus system or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.

Account Suspension and Closure

jlll reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• Legal directives or orders from authorities.
• Security risks or threats to the integrity of the platform.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time. In this case, please contact our support team to arrange the return of any valid balance.

Limitation of Liability

jlll limits its liability to the maximum extent possible for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the jlll platform.

• jlll is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection issues, device failure, or third-party technical problems.
• The member is solely responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to their account.
• jlll is not responsible for service changes resulting from changes in government policy.
• jlll does not guarantee compensation for any gaming losses.

Privacy and Personal Data

jlll is committed to protecting members' personal information. All data is secured by SSL encryption technology.
